Mailing Policy

MailThisForMe is not publicly launched unless invited. These policies are operational product terms and should receive human/legal review before broad public launch.

Customers must upload lawful, print-ready PDF files. Every page must be US Letter size, and the file must pass the current validation and safety checks before it can move into print workflow.

Customer job creation reserves account credit and queues the job for admin review. Uploading a PDF does not immediately print or mail it, and creating a deposit does not create or send a mail job.

Status Language

• Queued means received and awaiting review.
• Processing means operators are preparing the job.
• Cancelled means the job was stopped before mailing; cancellation is available only while queued in the current customer flow.
• Rejected means the platform or an operator refused to process the job.
• Failed means the job could not be completed.
• Mailed means handed off to USPS. Standard stamped mail may not include tracking.
