MailThisForMe is a Random Development LLC project.

MailThisForMe is in public access readiness / invite-only beta. These policies are operational product terms and should receive human/legal review before broad public availability.

We collect the account, billing contact, return address, recipient address, uploaded document metadata, mail job status, support, audit, and operational records needed to run the preview service.

Customer PDFs are stored in private application storage for the mail-job workflow and are not used for marketing analytics. Public site analytics may measure visits, clicks, and general usage patterns.

Provider events, email events, and webhook events are summarized for operations without showing secrets. Private storage paths, raw API keys, webhook secrets, and credential values are not shown in customer support output.

Accounts, uploads, balances, and mail jobs may remain limited or be removed if needed during public access readiness. Broader production privacy terms should be reviewed before broad public availability.
