MailThisForMe is not publicly launched unless invited. These policies are operational product terms and should receive human/legal review before broad public launch.

MailThisForMe preview access is invite-only unless an operator explicitly enables public signup. New accounts may require email verification and account review before API keys, deposits, or mail jobs are available.

Account credit is for eligible MailThisForMe services only. It is not a bank account, not for general spending, and cannot be withdrawn for cash.

Customers must provide lawful, print-ready PDFs and accurate recipient and return address information. Basic address checks may help identify problems, but customers remain responsible for the addresses they submit.

Service Boundaries

• Live payments are disabled until enabled through a separate launch-approved provider gate.
• Deposits may remain pending before credit is available.
• Unsupported, unsafe, unlawful, or non-print-ready mail may be rejected.
• Mailed means handed off to USPS. Standard stamped mail may not include tracking.
• Refunds, credits, disputes, and failed fulfillment cases are reviewed manually.
