Support

MailThisForMe is not publicly launched unless invited. These policies are operational product terms and should receive human/legal review before broad public launch.

During preview, contact the administrator who invited you or use the support channel provided in your onboarding message. If you do not have an invited account, contact Random Development through randomdevelopment.biz.

For mail job, refund, dispute, failed fulfillment, or rejected mail review, include the public mail job id, deposit id if one is relevant, account email, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, webhook secrets, or full credentials in support messages.

Operator Review

Support review checks account status, deposit status, ledger entries, reservation state, document validation status, mail job timestamps, and USPS handoff evidence when present. Cases involving policy uncertainty, safety, disputes, or post-handoff questions should be escalated to a human operator.
